I've lived here for 4 years so far, I've never had any significant problems. Even so, the changes that had been made in 2019 and 2020 have definitely improved the units here.
I see a lot of bad reviews but I’ve had nothing but great experiences. I can give tons of reviews... first of all the apartments are luxurious for $100’s less than most places. The staff has been nothing but beyond exceptional. They made it such an easy process to rent and were courteous to my move in date... needed it before November 1st. I have never been late on my rent but had something come up and were nice enough to waive the almost $100 fee. I am so thankful to all of them. They are doing updates that are amazing! I highly recommend them.
We have experienced nothing but problems here. Refer to the following: •Cussed out and threatened by a neighbor because they didn’t like where my dog was using the bathroom, although it didn’t affect them at all, and we always cleaned up. •Rude neighbors and creeps that live in the area. •Rude and careless staff when we first moved here. Gotten better recently. • Hidden fees. •Threw away a box of cleaning supplies when we moved apartments and a vacuum totaling over 100$ without consent and refused to replace most of the items. •Dangerous decks. When moving in, little sister cut open her knee due to a painted nail that wasn’t hammered in on the deck and had to go to the emergency room. Management tried to cover it up. •Gave us two notices stating that they were threatening to charge us because we weren’t cleaning up after our dog when ourselves and the dog weren’t even in Minnesota at the time. •Overall expensive for an “updated” 1 br 1bth with overall cheap appliances. •Charges everyone $100 for a garage regardless of if it’s automatic or not. Told we were going to get an automatic garage door opener in but they never put one in. •Poorly plowed parking lots •Takes forever to answer maintenance requests •This is not the apartment’s fault necessarily. Still, If you have a package that can’t fit into a tiny mailbox, you will never receive your package because USPS refuses to leave the box in the entryway, and the office will no longer take packages due to COVID. They will then mark it “undeliverable” and ship it back Without notifying you. •Please find somewhere else
Today we met with Laura and had lots of fun! She really helped us find what was right for us, and checked off everything on our list, along with being in our budget! The new updated apartments are GORGEOUS! Thank you very much for a great experience!
Laura and all the ladies in the office made the application process unbelievably efficient and fun. Such an enjoyable experience. The newly remodeled units look incredible, the grounds and facilities are superb and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
