It’s a shame because I love the amenities and the pool is my absolute favorite. But there’s mice. I pay way too much for mice to be an issue. And it’s a reoccurring issue at that. And it’s taken them way longer than the “48hr promise” for maintenance requests. They look at it very quickly, but from the time until the exterminator actually gets there is days almost a week apart. I went out and bought traps myself because I knew how long it would take another exterminator to come out. One of the sticky traps caught a mouse so I called maintenance to see if they could help at least dispose of it because I was honestly scared and it was still alive. But they told me they wouldn’t do anything because it was “after hours” that I could do it myself or just put a bucket over it and they can come by tomorrow but I would still have to call it in as a request. Honestly if they would’ve just sent someone to help me dispose of it I would’ve been happy because I would’ve felt like they genuinely cared. Or if they would’ve followed up the first time this happened instead of just leaving me to handle it my own.
If i could rate this place 0 stars i would. They sell you with the amenities but the apartments are not that great for what you are paying. The new management is charging you with things that are against the law and they are not nice. During this pandemic they are still charging us full rent and amenities fees even though things are closed down. Please do your research before moving into this place. The only great thing about this place would be Chip. Edited 3 months later, It took you 3 months to respond to this post.... wow that really shows how your management is!!! I would much rather not deal with you guys! but thanks for responding to my post 3 months later... i see things still have not changed!!! :)
So far the team behind making this complex work have been godsends. The apartments are well lit and spacious. The maintenance team is fantastic, quick and responsive! The amenities are upkept well and are great for families! If you ever have the pleasure of working with James, he's wonderful. Great communication, beautiful tour, gives you all the tips you would need to save money and the move in process was quick and painless!
The apartments are beautiful. They have so many amenities, I never have to leave home. My favorite part is having a place my dog can enjoy as well. Big thanks to James in the office for always answering my questions! Entire team is awesome
The party room reservation was a joke! I reserved the party room three months ahead of time for my sister's birthday. Random people constantly walked in and out to use the bathroom regardless of the big red "private party" sign. They would get snobby and make rude remarks when we told them it was a reserved party. Told the staff many times and all she could do was apologize. The "security" wasn't much help. He was too busy letting random people into the pool. I was embarrassed to put my family and friends through this experience as I told them how wonderful this room was and how much they'd love it. Couldn't keep a single sentence together without random drunks in bikinis interrupting. Also, even though summer hours are open until midnight, your reservation ends at 10pm. Meaning other people can come in and use the room. Wasn't aware of this until 15 people barged in and took over the room as soon as 10pm hit. Big mistake reserving this room. I regret that I didn't just reserve a nice dinner somewhere else instead. This place is starting to attract negative people. Last year was fine. The two stars is for the poor staff trying to be nice while not being able to do anything. Living here hasn't been the easiest either - can't wait to be out of here.
