I moved here from a luxury apartment in Orange County. The website and rates looked good, amenities seemed great and the leasing team was very responsive so I decided to sign a 1 year lease with them. After being here for 4 months, I can honestly say the level of service and responsiveness from the management, leasing office, and facility maintenance is far and away the best I’ve seen. The amenities are really nice to have to- tons to do in your day off without even needing to leave the property. This complex had some troubled tenants in the past. I things these primarily cause the low scores. The staff truly lives up to the name- concierge.
If i could rate this place 0 stars i would. They sell you with the amenities but the apartments are not that great for what you are paying. The new management is charging you with things that are against the law and they are not nice. During this pandemic they are still charging us full rent and amenities fees even though things are closed down. Please do your research before moving into this place. The only great thing about this place would be Chip. Edited 3 months later, It took you 3 months to respond to this post.... wow that really shows how your management is!!! I would much rather not deal with you guys! but thanks for responding to my post 3 months later... i see things still have not changed!!! :)
Friendly staff, great on sight pool/gym, and a decent space for one or two people to live. However, since we lived on the first floor, there were always bugs, communication was less than adequate, the laundry rooms either were flooded or catching fire, plus laundry is extremely expensive. The halls smelt like weed, and do not bother going to them if you need help during this pandemic. Concierge was insensitive. You're taking a risk if you want to live there but perhaps you will get lucky and have a great experience.
I was charged $900 for a pet fee and pet deposit that I ALREADY PAID. I paid this before I moved in in March...and then in June they charged me this again. I showed them my bank statements a week ago and then I got a notice to pay rent under my door with a $72 late fee after they told me that the extra charges would be dropped. I am also paying an amenity fee despite the fact that the amenities are either closed completely or have lesser hours. This place is not worth the $1200+/month.
THIS IS NOT A SOLICITED REVIEW. I have been a resident at the Concierge for 2 years now and am moving out in August only because I need something larger. Despite all of the bad Google reviews, I decided to make the move and I am happy to say this has been a really great place to call home the past two years. I wanted to write this review to those who are hesitant about moving in (like I was) and to let you know that if you follow the rules and pay your bills, your experience here will be a pleasant one. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I think the apartments could have been remodeled with a little more care.
