East End is a cut above everywhere else I’ve ever lived ever, both in terms of the quality of the physical building and the attentiveness of the staff. Ana is phenomenal and Abbey is amazing, both of them are so responsive and kind, and take care of our needs at every turn. The Alexa system is so cool, its an actual smart apartment, not a gimmicky remote, and the appliances are top notch. It’s a wonderful apartment, wonderful hallways, wonderful garage. If you’ve looked other places and fallen in love with the neighborhood but not the higher prices, and feel like you have to move somewhere less good, don’t. The moderate cost here is worth the incredible value. Nick I’m sorry I didn’t include you on the original review you are also very great and very responsive thank you!

Just moved in a few weeks ago, blown away by Ana and Abbey’s attentiveness and flexibility. We moved on short notice, they were able to tour us and get us signed the same day with a move-in just a few days later. Not only do we love our unit but the building and amenities are amazing; workout room, secure package concierge and garage, I could go on and on.

Just moved into East End about two weeks. Abbigale and Ana are on the ball, super friendly, thoughtful, and helpful! The leasing/application process was smooth and easy. I’m loving the gas stove top. The dark quartz counters really pop with the white cabinetry. Really the entire kitchen is sweet 👌 The ease of access to Trader Joe’s is dreamy. The amount of lights in my apartment is almost overwhelming, good problem. Definitely check this place out if your moving downtown and love Trader Joe’s as much as I do.

Recently took a tour of East End and I was impressed. I liked the location, the close proximity to the light rail and the fact that Trader Joe's was right downstairs. So many great local shops and restaurants in the area. The amenities were impressive compared to other downtown apartments. They have a large pool (haven't seen one this large in another downtown apartment building), a massive outdoor deck and lounge area, and a nice fitness center with high-quality equipment. If you have a pet, they also have a dog wash and even a pet relief area. The leasing agent, Abbey, was very friendly and answered all of my questions. East End is at the top of my list.

So far so good!! We signed the lease in Jan. 2021. The application process went smoothly and the apt. is in great shape and quiet for downtown living-facing the inner courtyard and pool area. Abbey Martinson (Sr. Leasing Consultant) and Ana Orrison (Property Manager) have been so very helpful throughout this process. The apartment finishes are really nice with melamine closet shelves (not wire), French-door refrigerator, full-size dishwasher, full-size washer and dryer, vent fans in the bathrooms, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The thermostat, living room ceiling light and numerous outlets are tied to the SMART home app IOTAS and you can control it all via the cell phone app. Plus they gave us an Alexa Echo Dot when we moved in which is cool for streaming music and turning on/off lights. The convenience factor of walking down through the apartment building lobby directly to the entrance area for Trader Joes grocery AND liquor store cannot be ignored!! It is so wonderful to not have to walk outside and the lobby elevator is sooo close to the stores :) It is a very short walk to Starbucks and Jimmy Johns from the outside entrances. Once the pandemic issues subside we will see how quick "downtown" living rebounds and what it's like to live near US Bank Stadium during a Vikings game or concert. We put in a work order and are awaiting some floor tape removal from the living room (prior tenant) and I will post how long it took to get it taken care of. EDIT- low priority issue and it was removed 2 wks later :) Learn from our mistake-when parking underground on the first day in the East End guest area, I thought there was a discount..but it is NOT automatic, you have to have a discount ticket from the leasing office or else push the help button to exit. We just stuck in our credit card and it charged $60 for 5 1/2 hrs parking. I know this is a mistake, but I will at least warn whomever reads this post!
