Just moved into East End about two weeks. Abbigale and Ana are on the ball, super friendly, thoughtful, and helpful! The leasing/application process was smooth and easy. I’m loving the gas stove top. The dark quartz counters really pop with the white cabinetry. Really the entire kitchen is sweet 👌 The ease of access to Trader Joe’s is dreamy. The amount of lights in my apartment is almost overwhelming, good problem. Definitely check this place out if your moving downtown and love Trader Joe’s as much as I do.
Recently took a tour of East End and I was impressed. I liked the location, the close proximity to the light rail and the fact that Trader Joe's was right downstairs. So many great local shops and restaurants in the area. The amenities were impressive compared to other downtown apartments. They have a large pool (haven't seen one this large in another downtown apartment building), a massive outdoor deck and lounge area, and a nice fitness center with high-quality equipment. If you have a pet, they also have a dog wash and even a pet relief area. The leasing agent, Abbey, was very friendly and answered all of my questions. East End is at the top of my list.
East End apartments are a wonderful place to live. The management has good means of fast, reliable communication throughout the apartment, the amenities are wonderful and used by lots of residents, the cleaning, management, and security staff are all friendly and make a note of remembering residents. The actual apartments are beautiful! Also LOVED that they are pet friendly and are always welcoming of our furr baby! Personally, I loved the whirlpool washer/dryer in each unit! Highly recommend!!
We've lived at East End for 14+ months and it's been great. The floorplans make a ton of sense - furnishings are modern, there's a lot of storage in our unit (especially compared to other buildings in the area), and great apartment amenities. The parking garage rate is reasonable for downtown, along with additional storage locker options!.Mgmt has been great. If we ever have a maintenance request or need something from the front desk, everyone has been super responsive. The location is awesome. If you work downtown, you can cross the street and enter the skyway at the fleet farm ramp. We like being so close to the farmers market, stone arch, bike paths, coffee shops, etc.. And, especially in the winter, being in the same building as Trader Joe's, Starbucks, and Jimmy Johns is unbeatable!
Love how close it is to Trader Joe’s and Starbucks. The staff knows my dogs name by heart. Great to live in a community that takes the time to know their residents.
