The Helix has been a great place to live for the past year. My only reason for leaving is to relocate. Management is very personable and quick at responding. They remember your names and seem to care about their residents and take resident concerns seriously. The apartments are big in size and open, with a large deck. Across the street from walking trails and soccer fields. No issues with appliances or cleanliness. I would definitely recommend to a friend
We lived here for a year and had nothing but great experiences. This is a management group who truly cares about their residence as well as the living environment. During our time we ran into 0 issues with our unit and for minor issues that were raised, management did an exceptional job at resolving them and working with the residence. I would recommend Helix Apartments to anyone 10/10 times.
I had a terrible experience living here. I wish I could leave 0 stars. They are very slow at maintenance requests. Rob stops responding to emails when confronted. Took almost all of our security deposit without giving any reason why. They also had multiple fire alarms and issues with the elevator. A neighbor of ours got stuck in the elevator for over an hour, they said they’d get there when they get there. There were multiple kitchen cabinets broken when we moved in that they never fixed. Along with our ac unit stopped working a month before we moved out they had a guy come look at it and told us to just not use it and they’d fix it when we moved out. I could list more reasons not to live here but there’s just too many. Overall give this place a zero and do not recommend living here.
Re-fit and adjusted the screen on my patio door. Looks to be fitting better now. Thanks!
We stopped to get information and was pleasantly surprised that the agent offered to show us the model so late in the day on a Saturday. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment listing was for $1849 on multiple sites including their own. As we toured, we asked the agent how much a remodeled apartment was and he said $1950 but there was a month free rent. We were a bit taken aback but discussed it that weekend and decided to go for it. I called them and left a message, but didn't hear back. I finally called them again a few days later and spoke with the agent who told me the $1950 apartment actually wasn't remodeled and he put me on hold to speak with the manager. He came back and said they had the same apartment on the 3rd floor that was remodeled and it was $2050 but the 1 month free still stands. $200 a month seems pretty significant. The only reason I can guess for this treatment is that they were either trying to "bait and switch" or they did not want to rent to us because we didn't fit their desired demographic. We were so disappointed because we'd been looking to move for so long and Helix was perfect for us in every other way.
