The team at Helix has always been responsive when I have had any questions. They have been completing renovations while I live there and the new spaces are so beautiful, anytime I have company over they comment on how beautiful everything looks. They are also super dog friendly which is a must for me and my pup.
If you are looking for an apartment community that will respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, I would NOT recommend living here. We moved into our apartment about 4 months ago and have been dealing with problems with our dryer ever since we moved in. Our dryer is missing the dryer drum felt seal which we learned after many of our clothes with strings got ruined after drying. We put our original maintenance request in and was told that we just need to buy mesh bags to put our cloths in to dry and it wasn't something they would fix. (Which makes sense if it is only a couple clothing items but doesn't make sense to do with sweatpants, sweatshirts and workout shorts that ALL HAVE STRINGS). After talking to the Assistant Manager, they had the head maintenance manager come look at it and order the new parts which was a month and half ago and we are told the parts have been in for 2 weeks and still haven't got it fixed. For a place that is trying to "brand" themselves as luxury apartments, their maintenance sure doesn't make it worth the higher rent or extra amenities.

We have lived here the past 3 years (previously known as Avana on Seven) and always loved the staff but the building and units were very outdated. Since Pinnacle has taken over, they have done a tremendous job revamping not only the individual apartments but the hallways and common spaces. We're in the process of moving into our new, updated unit and both Joel and Rob have been tremendously helpful in ensuring everything runs smoothly and is pain free! We couldn't be more excited to start our fourth year here with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, bright lighting, etc. We highly recommend Helix - especially if you have a dog!
**EDIT: Thanks for the reply, but as mentioned in the original review we have tried reaching out and haven't gotten any follow up from your staff. You have our contact information on file - so please reach out to us to rectify this. My fiancé and I lived here for a year. Our lease ended nearly two months ago and we still have not gotten our deposit back. We called and they claimed they would “check on it” but haven’t gotten back to us. I do not recommend.
