Client focused, expert, professional, honest, and personable are words that come to mind quickly after you work with anyone at Kelly Plumbing and Heating. They repaired a cracked, leaking, 4" cast iron main stack in my basement in less than half a day. I think that's an area where "expert" comes in but so too in the time they took to make sure I understood what to expect from their performance. They take the time to listen to the client and answer all your questions. So now I'll add thorough and patient to the adjectives that characterize Kelly.

Unfortunately the service at Kelly Plumbing has gone downhill. I paid this company thousands of $ for doing the plumbing on a remodeling project a few years ago and was satisfied with the result. I’ve pursued them for months to get them to do the same work at a new property and they won’t even return my (multiple) calls and e-mails. Disappointing.

Used Kelly plumbing to install a garbage disposal in our kitchen sink. Might have tried to do it myself, but our sink had never had one before. Steven was on time and installed the disposal in about an hour. Would definitely use Kelly Plumbing again in the future.
