Laurel village was awesome for the most part! The staff was very friendly every time I called and answered any questions. The only thing is the rooftop is not open very late when you want to enjoy it on the weekends and I did get a package stolen when they were all laying out in front of the mailboxes, they said they could not do anything about that when there were cameras right there. Besides that, I do recommend the apartment, great location and close to a ton of restaurants and bars!
Kenna from the leasing office helped me find a great apartment with a good view and price. She deserves a BIG raise. I’d like the gym to have a pull-up bar though...
I absolutely dislike going to look for apartments, especially in this crazy Covid world, everything just feels so distant not physically but emotionally. I stumbled onto Laurel Village, and I though the place was nice online and within my price range. Kenna contacted me, and she was absolutely awesome. She was quick to respond, personable, and easily accommodating. On the day, I was to tour some plans fell through and needed to come in early, and it was no problem. Kenna showed me 3 apartments all with their own charm. She was straight forward and the property was down right AMAZING for the price. I look forward to being a member of this community and seeing how it grows as we come back to a sense of normalcy.
I loved Laurel village, lived there for 5 years. But for the last few months, things changed. All of a sudden the place became a pot house where apartment used to stink of weed. So if you are a junky, this is your place. The frustrating thing was that management didn't want to do anything about it.
I had lived there for a little over three years. The management office was very easy to work with. It usually took them less than two days to fix the issue. Every time I call the management office, they are always friendly and helpful. The rent is reasonable
