Terrible customer service. Took the technician 3 days to do a simple installation but couldn't even figure it out. The part he was installing was faulty and we know this now because we had a reputable company come out after and simply change the faulty part, which we had to pay twice for since it wasn't warrantied by the new company. The owner tried to blame our "water being dirty" for the reason that the automatic flusher wasn't working, which makes no sense because our pipes are 5 years old. He refused to come out and check his technician's work but only called to tell us that he would have to charge us an extra $800 to send his technician out again to look at it- not even to guarantee that the job would be complete. He was very unprofessional and rude. He only cares about the money, not about keeping customers. As a small business owner ourselves, we would expect better than this from another small business owner.

We called Ryan Plumbing to have a quote, they came to our house on time and instead of giving a quote, did a quick fix without asking if it was ok and charged us for the fix. - Prompt service, would not recommend their method of pushing sales.

We needed to get a radiator replaced and were getting some quotes from folks around the area. Ryan plumbing was one of them. The guy came to our house walked around and took photos. Told me he would come back with the quote and just drove off. We never heard from him again. Extremely unprofessional. We will never call them for any work needed again.

The job was performed to our satisfaction, but their pricing is not very transparent. We were charged $900 to replace a gas control valve on our boiler. Total time was 1 hour to diagnose and pick up part. And 1 hour to install. We asked for a breakdown but were told they quote prices by the job and not by the hour. The part runs about $150. So even with a markup to $200 and a $100 dispatch fee, the hourly rate would end up being $300 per hour. We own multiple rental properties and will not be going with Ryan Plumbing and Heating for any of our future repairs and maintenance.

I called and they were able to come out within just a few hours. I had a complex faucet and the guys installed it with no problems. They will be my new go-to plumber!!!!
