Great apartments in the middle of beautiful location. The office staff is really good, very understanding. The manager there was really helpful and gave his honest opinion. Will definitely rent here after my lease is over.

I lived here for a shorter amount of time. I will say that the staff is smaller for the needs of many tenants. I will say is that when I spoke to them they always gave a warm welcome and worked with me on problems I had and we figured out a way to solve them. This staff works tirelessly hard to try and meet the needs of many. I would suggest if you want to live here, to put your best foot forward with kindness and they will return the favor with great quality of service to meet your needs. They are very patient and competent, just sometimes need a little reminder if something is important to you. (Thats with everyone though).I would say my over-all thoughts on this place is that its a great place to start out if you are new to apartments/living on your own. There is a nice mix of ages in these apartments and everyone seemed to be friendly! Thank you Park City for being a welcoming and friendly place to live!
Moved here few weeks ago. Loved it so far, right from the view from our lovely apartment to all the quick and responsive management services.
STAY AWAY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I applied for an apartment and decided not to sign the lease agreement for personal reasons. I am entitled to a refund on my Security Deposit in the amount of $100 and Admin Fee in the amount of $150 at the very least. Per my payment confirmation email from Park City West, from May 6th, the App Fee ($45) is non-refundable. I expect a refund in the amount of $250 to complete this transaction that I am entitled to, which they are refusing to refund me. This is poor business acumen and very disappointing. Security Deposit: $100 App Fee: $45 Admin Fee: $150 Total Amount Paid: $295
