Overpriced and badly maintained. There's often no hot water from the taps for several hours at a time. Management doesn't respond promptly to maintenance requests. Electric is wired badly. Laundry is severely overpriced for machines that don't work well. The units are priced for a building that actually has amenities but all you get is mediocrity. And this is on a good day. On a bad day the building is literally on fire. You may think I'm joking but this has actually happened recently. .
I moved in 1 month ago. Management is almost nowhere to be found. Call, email, or buzz the front door - they rarely answer. I leave for work late in order to get to their office after they open, and no one is typically there. I leave work early to get to their office before they close, and no one is typically there. Picking up packages is a nightmare. I emailed and called 3 weeks ago asking for either online resident portal access or a paper copy of my lease and no one has gotten back to me. Upon move in, I noted that the bathroom sink drain plug wasnt hooked up and the bathtub drain was totally clogged and no one got back to me. I once called concerned that my apartment appeared to have been entered while I was gone, no one called me back about it. I dont know what to do. At least the cement walls keep the noise from neighbors down. FYI: this is a very busy area for first responder sirens at all hours every day.
