I have past my 1st year residing at Track 29. In fact I have decided to extend my lease by moving to an apartment that better meets my needs. The staff (Colin) is super leading manager and as a person. He always has a smile on his face and is always happy to see me. The residents on the whole are great people. Busy folks like myself most have a smile on their face, dog in hand and ready to extend a hello.
We've lived at Track 29 for a few years now and we love it. We enjoy the building, staff, neighborhood, and residents. We especially enjoy the folks that make our life easy, who are always willing to help. Colin is an amazing aspect of our experience at Track 29. You can't beat living at Track 29.
We have been at Track 29 for almost 2 years and we have loved every moment. The building is beautiful, the staff is very helpful and our apartment fits us perfectly. So many great things about Track 29.
Apartment is fine - your standard overpriced "luxury" building. Neighbors are generally great, respectful folks. Walls are decently thick, but doors are about as sound-insulating as cardboard. Management is slow to deal with maintenance requests, slower to clear snow and ice, and quick to evict folks IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC, especially when they happen to be POC. For the few months the swimming pool area was open, it certainly was never cleaned or disinfected. Pet waste garbages regularly overflow. Moreover, management has repeatedly refused, when asked by multiple tenants, to concede any kind of goodwill rent discount due to the closed amenities for most of this year. Meanwhile, they have lowered rents to attract new tenants, lol. Definitely move here if you want to be treated like a disposable human ATM.
Track 29 was a great home for us for 2 years! The staff is amazing, quick to respond, very professional and fair in their communication. This was important for us as we were new to living in Uptown. They even kept us informed about neighborhood matters. Any time we had an issue, it was solved within hours. Track 29 is making a lot of changes to keep the building safe and secure. We LOVED all the community space. The roof top has an absolutely incredible view of the city and different arrangements of seating so multiple people can enjoy it at once. We also took advantage of the gym, fully stocked and newer equipment. Lastly, we loved our unit. We lived in a small 1 bedroom (about 700sqft). Although it seems small, the use of space is very efficient with large closets and great layout. Overall, I would highly recommend Track 29 as your Uptown home! The building is very clean, safe, and accessible to the many attractions of Uptown, Minneapolis!
