The residents here are terrible. The management does not enforce the rules. Aside from them never enforcing parking, they also do not keep any residents accountable for anything. People trash the laundry room, leave garbage around, and let their screaming kids run around and mess with laundry. Also someone is continuing to open other people’s packages and steals stuff. I already mentioned this to the office a couple weeks ago and they said they had cameras to catch them. These photos are from me on my way to pick up my package this week! Most packages were still ripped open! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Every time I get a package I pray they put it in the lockers that I signed up for but sometimes they still leave it out or in the lobby. Management claims they follow up on things but after living here about 2 years it’s clear they do not. They only leave up signs on “Being a Good Neighbor” I wish I could break my lease but I can’t. Can’t wait to get out of these apartments.
Broken glass everywhere around the trails, dog park and parking lots that very rarely get picked up. No guest parking spots/they're always full so unless you park in a spot before 6 you will probably get towed. Apartments themselves are fairly decent with very little in-house lighting. Front office personal have been very helpful with a couple issues.
Most of the people are considerate and nice. We've seen several noisy gatherings outside that leave garbage on the beautiful grounds. The gym and pool are really nice. The garage is safe.
The plumbing pipes are incredibly noisy. Last night the noise from the upstairs unit was so loud that I thought the building was collapsing(not sure if it was due to work or the plumbing). It would be helpful to alert neighboring units if there is planned and super-loud maintenance happening, as some people work from home. Not sure if there was work happening or if this is just how it is now. Maintenance and pest control has been more responsive (which helps). Not sure if management walks the property on a regular basis, as there is a lot of disrepair and resident violations that are easily visible. My car , in a garage stall, was broken into multiple times (despite it being right under a camera, that I was told doesn't actually work) Lastly, there is visible mold in the first floor laundry room probably due to 0 ventilation, so I trek to the upper floors.
If you move in here don't expect to have friends over because there's never any visitor parking and they'll tow anybody parked in the elsewhere despite there being plenty of space. Plenty of litter around the joint too. So only move in if you have no friends and like living in garbage.
