Grapefruit IPA is great for soaking up fall sunshine

Iggy’s Local Grapefruit IPA from Inver Grove Brewing

I’m all about patios these days, trying to soak up the last of the warm weather in any way I can. The patio at Inver Grove Brewing was packed on a recent Tuesday (don’t worry, though, the tables are appropriately spaced) with people who obviously think like me. We were there for a quick dinner and I chose this beer to go with the spicy wings and mussels we ordered. A West Coast style IPA, it was bitter, refreshing, and frankly just what I was craving. The grapefruit flavor is not as pronounced as in some of the grapefruit beers out there, but I was just fine with that.
